I totally agree with that whole statement. You know I really took pride in the fact that I was a unique and beautiful shaman and I spent all day polishing my spaulders for the maximum amount of "wow factor". Then to open the door to the guild hangout and to see my twins sharing a drink like we always do. I soon realized that we were either shoping in the same stores for our outfits, or someone was stalking me and sharing my so unique style of fashion. So, I sit down with my twins and we all look more like stooges now that we blend in like a wall.

There should be rewards in gear like you said instead of mounts imo.. I think more people will be willing to do said achievements if gear was the question instead of mounts. They would be able to really standout instead of hoping someone would look at them as they flew into Dalaran.

So many times when I was in my PuG days I would get the whole "I don't wanna do the Achievements because I don't care about stupid mounts. Let's just get it over with fast please". to someone who likes the added challenge, this is a buzzkill. Maybe there will be a change like this in the future. I am hoping for it!
